[{"country_short": "USA", "city": "Seattle / Everett / Bellingham", "description": "Pharmacy District Manager\n\n\n\nPosition ID#: 15074\n# Positions: 1\n\nState: WA\nCity: Seattle / Everett / Bellingham\n\nCategory: Regional Office - Management\nStore #: ..\nMore information about this job:\nJob Description:\n\nThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:\n\nSupervise Pharmacy Managers to operate an efficient pharmacy and execute against the district/company business plans/objectives to achieve sales, script growth, margin and profitability.\nLead in providing excellent customer service.\nProvide leadership and development for associates by communicating career opportunities, providing regular performance feedback, and scheduling any and all required training.\nParticipate in the planning and development of district retail budgets including sales, script growth, margin, labor and expenses and overall P&L results monthly to ensure operating income and EBITDA are achieved.\nUse key performance indicators to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and workflow standards in the pharmacy.\nMonitor and maintain proper compliance with all federal/state regulations including DEA, HIPAA, CIA, etc, and resolve any issues with noncompliance implementation or training required to bring store/individual into compliance.\nConduct frequent store visits and complete pharmacy tour sheets to ensure stores are in compliance with will-call, deletes, workflow, replenishment, inventory control, DEA controls and overall company standards of operation in the pharmacy.\nDrive training and development of Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Interns, Pharmacy Technicians and ancillary personnel.\nParticipate in the recruitment, selection, hiring, placement of Pharmacists and promote and place associates in positions for long term career development.\nParticipate in developing district succession plans for all key pharmacy positions with the District Manager.\nExperience / Requirements:\n\nThe following qualities are required:\nMinimum age of 21 years old. \nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree (BS), Doctoral degree (PHARM.D.) or equivalent in Pharmacy, plus experience in management and pharmacy operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nApply for this job:\n\n* Apply for this jobonline\n* Refer a friend to this job\n\n\nRite Aid is an Equal Opportunity Employer", "date_new": "2012-02-21 00:41:29", "url": "http://riteaid.jobs/xml/26636100/job", "country": "United States", "company": "Rite Aid", "title": "Pharmacy District Manager", "reqid": null, "state": "Washington", "state_short": "WA", "location": "Seattle / Everett / Bellingham, WA", "uid": 26636100}]
