Job Description:
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the implementation of training programs and initiatives in the field. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and applicable laws.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
* Partner with Senior Human Resources Director and Senior Vice President to identify the division’s training needs.
* Run and facilitate training programs within the division to assist in the development of field talent.
* Provide input on company training programs so that the content addresses the needs of the division.
* Assist with the updates of training programs by coordinating work groups in the field and draw on their expertise.
* Build and maintain Train the Trainer field teams to conduct training.
* Monitor and rollout new training initiatives through the Train the Trainer network.
* Act as a liaison between corporate and field training on initiatives that impact the field.

* Ability to pass drug test.

* Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.
* Typing speed of 40 WPM.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft®Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and NT).Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid driver's license for business travel.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Management, or related field, plus two-three (2-3) years' experience in a Retail environment and three-five (3-5) years’ experience conducting and coordinating training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
