The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:\n* Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis and documentation of technical systems and organizational processes for the Paid Time Off system; perform daily maintenance on the system to assure allotment is received timely and accurately. \n* Work with various business units to identify requirements for new projects and advise them on the most appropriate technical solutions to their business needs.\n* Analyze and document business processes and workflows; make recommendations to enhance and standardize these processes.\n* Participate in cross-divisional projects working on complex topics.\n* Assist in the preparation of business cases by identifying requirements and providing time and cost estimates for proposed changes; upon approval, define plan and requirement, them implement.\n* Generate electronic extract files for service providers; translate business needs into technology specifications.\n* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge/awareness; communicate potential risks and assess opportunities\n* Maintain regular communication and coordination between all relevant business areas.\n* Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization; assist with problem resolution.\n* \n10.
