Job Description:
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to provide reporting and analytical support for the wellness+ and other database marketing programs. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and applicable laws.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
* Responsible for the development and delivery of all wellness+ daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis; includes overall program performance and ROI, store and market performance, marketing program performance and other ad hoc requests as needed; also provides similar support for other database marketing initiatives as needed.
* Develop and oversee the execution of database extractions/segmentation required for internal (member communications) and external (1/1 to third party lists); provide similar support for other database marketing initiatives as needed.
* Primary business interface with wellness+ supplier partners for data requirements.

* Proficiency with the Microsoft®Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, and Windows 95).
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
This position requires a valid driver's license for business travel.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business or marketing, plus three (3) years’ experience in marketing or simliar data analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
